Frequently Asked Question
Upon booking I will reach out to make sure you have filled out your patient intake forms and any prior screening required. If you have any concerns or questions please contact me to chat! I will then turn up at your house, or desired location, at your appointment time and date with all the equipment we need to assess and treat your concern. After having a chat we will do a physical examination, make a plan, start some treatment and finish off with any home programs or information I need to give you.
At the conclusion of your session I will email you an invoice with either bank transfer or online (Stripe) payment options. Payment is due within 24 hours. Once paid you can submit your invoice directly with your private health insurer for rebate if applicable. Further payment terms and conditions can be found here (link to booking T+C’s)
Please don’t worry about how your house looks. We can perform you assessment and treatment in any room of the house. We can use your couch, bed or the floor (on a comfy mat) to do your assessment or I can bring my portable plinth in (it just needs some space!). The only request I have is that you put your pets securely away and let me know of any potential access issues (parking, multiple stairs etc).
A laptop with camera is best as it’s easiest to move around and adjust the screen but a phone works well too ( a shoe is a good holder!). Just click the link in your confirmation email and it will connect you to me. If the internet drops out I will call you. We will start by chatting then get you up and moving for an assessment if required and develop your home exercise program complete with online video links via Physitrack exercise software.
